FLOATING POINTS PERORATION 6 VR - 4D IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE

I directed this music experience. My work for the VFX included  360 stereo compositing on Flame, design of the  360 matte painting and leading Houdini, Nuke and Maya Artists to achieve my vision.

Peroration 6 is an immersive  4D VR installation that explores the connection between music and VR storytelling. It immerses your senses into a music that grows in intensity, complexity and tension and offers you a beautiful journey that unleashes natural and supernatural elements on you.

The installation is a 4D room (with feedbacks synchronized with the VR film such as wind and vibrations) designed to host up to 4 viewers simultaneously. Step inside and discover the evocative power of VR through music and sound.

NYTIMES VR 'WALKING NEW YORK'

I worked on this project for Vrse at EightVFX. I improved the stitching on several difficult shots.

'Walking New York' is the New York Times' first virtual reality film. The film captures the birth of a large-scale street art installation in New York City by renowned French artist, JR and attempts to create a poetic awareness of New York’s storied history as a city of immigrants. The monumental portrait was conceived as a cover for the NYT’s Walking New York issue.

The experience, Walking New York, is co-directed by Chris Milk, Zach Richter, & JR and takes viewers through the making of the cover, a photograph of the 150-foot-tall portrait of a recent immigrant to NYC that was wheat pasted across the Flatiron Pedestrian Plaza. It premiered at the New Fronts and was released on Vrse for Samsung GearVR, Google Cardboard and Magic Window in the Summer of 2015.
